Oh my God. Can you imagine going to bed with your man and waking up to find a car on top of you the following morning? Talk about a wake-up call...
Kristin Palmer and Trent Wood, both students at University of Nevada, Reno, woke up to find themselves in this very predicament.
It took the couple a few minutes to realize what actually happened. Palmer explained to reporters that she immediately assumed an earthquake had occurred and the roof had fallen onto them.
For 42 minutes the couple lay trapped while hot fluids and oil leaked onto them. Palmer's head was actually trapped up in the engine. Talk about an uncomfortable position!
The couple later found out that a drunk driver had stolen a car and purposely driven into the house, thinking it was his ex-girlfriend's (Uh ... crazy ex?).
Despite the dramatic accident, both Palmer and Wood walked out of the crash with only a few minor burns and scratches.
Jeeeeeeeezzzzz! Count your lucky stars kids .. this could have been you!
