Add this easy supplement to your day and you may be able to forgo this...

I know, I know. We're in our twenties for God's sake, do we really have to be concerned with wrinkles right now? The answer is YES! Preventative measures are the only proven way to reduce your chances of premature aging. Applying sunscreen daily, drinking plenty of water, eating well, avoiding excessive amounts of smoking/drinking and getting plenty of sleep are definitely ways to prevent the onset of wrinkles, but for many of us these are not easy feats.
As college students, we are constantly being subjected to poor eating habits, inadequate amounts of sleep, and often times consume more alcohol than water. For most of us, switching to a more dermatologic-friendly lifestyle isn't an option. However, there is a supplement (in addition to the multi-vitamin you SHOULD be taking ... scroll down for more info) that has recently been proven to help skin's appearance now and also in the future. Fish oil!
According to Mind 1st, "Fish oil containing the Omega 3 essential fatty acid EPA helps to prevent wrinkles and can delay the ageing process of the skin according to recent research published in the Journal of Lipid Research in 2005. Scientists have also found that fish oil containing EPA can limit the damage to the skin produced by overexposure to the sun and help to reduce the negative effect of UV rays."
If preventing wrinkles doesn't make you want to take this supplement, then you should know that fish also reduces your chances of getting heart disease(#1 killer of women I may add) and ALL forms of cancer, prevents pregnancy complications, improves eyesight and dryness of the eyes, and helps to prevent all types of depression including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, ADHD and anger caused depression.
Oh, and its cheap. Get it at Walmart for about $5.
Go. Now. You'll thank me in about 20 years ...
